How to Find Us

Situated between Colchester and Chelmsford with excellent transport links to London, Hertfordshire, Suffolk and Kent, the Braxted Park wedding venue can be found in the heart of the breathtaking Essex countryside, providing the perfect backdrop for a perfect fairy tale wedding.

From Stansted

• Head on the A120 to Braintree
• At the McDonald’s roundabout take the 3rd exit (unmarked except a 50mph sign) and continue to Cressing
• Merge left onto Temple Lane which takes you into Silver End
• In Silver End turn right at the T-junction. Continue for approximately 2 miles through Rivenhall under the A12 then over a small bridge and keep the red wall on your left.

From Colchester

• Head on the A12 towards Chelmsford
• Before reaching Witham exit at signs for Silver End & Great Braxted just past the BP Garage and Rivenhall Hotel
• Turn right at the T-junction. Continue under the A12 then over a small bridge and keep the red wall on your left.

From the M25

• Exit at junction 28 onto the A12 towards Chelmsford & Colchester. Pass Chelmsford & Witham
• Exit the A12 just after the Fox Inn (about 0.5 miles after the second Witham exit) at sign for Silver End & Great Braxted
• Turn right at the T-junction. Continue under the A12 then over a small bridge and keep the red wall on your left.

As you approach the venue

• Just after the ‘road narrows’ sign turn left into our estate (the entrance has sign for ‘Braxted Park’ on large iron gates)
• Follow the drive to the right through the archway to get to the estate office
• Please ensure you follow signs for the Wedding Venue and not the Golf Club when arriving into the locality.
